Play…. Change has been the war cry of the nation ever since it became an independent nation. Be it the thinking, our ethics and value system. This change veered toward Indians becoming a slave to mammon. And whenever this ugly truth reared its head, we get busy trying to hide this seamy side of India’s growth story. Holding a mirror to society, journalism too was bound to reflect and record these changes. In the backdrop of late Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri’s slogan ‘Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan’ this play is not aimed at any particular individual or association but instead is a powerful attempt to show the depths of depravation that the fram sector finds in itself.

To empower women to reject and counter violence within the home and in society. To make families, communities and the state responsible for and responsive to the growing violence against women.
